Menu Description

Alfajores: Melt in your mouth whipped shortbread, filled with dulce de leche, (creamy homemade caramel) sprinkled with icing sugar. Delicious!

Traditional Empanadas: Soft structured dough filled with slow cooked ground beef (purchased from Costco) sauteed onions, savoury South American spices: cumin, oregano, paprika, chili powder, pinch of cayenne pepper, with a sliver of hard boiled egg & black olive. Baked with an egg wash.

Mini Chicken Empanadas: Light, flaky, buttery pastry filled with savoury South American spiced shredded rotisserie chicken , sweet bell peppers, garlic & onions.

Mini Beef Empanadas: Light, flaky, buttery pastry filled with the same ground beef mixture as the Traditional (without the egg and olive) and smaller. They make great appetizers!
